MME Nordic was founded in 2016 through a collaboration among subcontractors after Coloplast announced the closure of its machine-building operations in Thisted. In 2018, we merged with PH Teknik and Daninco and entered a strategic partnership with Gruber Holding A/S. In 2021, PH Teknik Holding reorganised its ownership, allowing greater participation from our management team – and in 2022, we became part of Eltronic Group.

Today, we are part of a robust group with more than 1,800 dedicated employees – and although our name is relatively new, we draw on more than 30 years of combined experience in the industry.

We serve customers who need a supplier that can design, develop and manufacture highly specialised machines: turnkey projects, pilot projects, efficiency and productivity improvements for existing production, and entirely new standalone machines – with world-class quality, integrity and respect for the promised delivery time.

We promote a culture of cooperation, fairness, openness and a respectful tone, supported by ongoing dialogue. All new employees receive a thorough introduction and training, and everyone is offered further training as needed. Our goal is to complete 70 internal learning courses by 2028.
